Mason Cycles framesets have a warranty which entitles the original purchaser to a free repair or replacement within 5 years of purchase should there be any problem with the materials or workmanship on the frame. This covers faulty manufacturing, but not normal wear and tear. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the bike. We will inspect and make recommendations for repair or replacement on a case by case basis.

Authorised Dealer Purchased Products: If the product is purchased directly through an authorised MASON dealer, then any warranty enquiries and subsequent agreement, repair or replacement must be dealt with initially through the authorised dealer.

We reserve the right to repair where possible and this will usually be our first course of action where practical.

This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the bike.

Titanium: Titanium frames carry a 'Lifetime Warranty' for workmanship and as above we reserve the right to repair where practical on a case by case basis.

Paint: Paint finishes have a warranty period of 2 years. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Frame Protection Tape: Our paint warranty does not cover damage caused to the frame or fork finish, through the removal of frame protection tape or film.

Frame Bags & Accessories: Our paint warranty does not cover rubbing or abrasion damage caused to the frame or fork finish or structure, through the attachment of frame bags or accessories.

Should any modifications be made to the frame during the warranty period, which includes fitting of non-standard components such as front fork or removal of the original paint coat for refurbishment, the warranty is void.

Shipping costs of a returned frame is a customer liability but should the frame be accepted as a warranty claim you will be compensated on a case by case basis. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Minimum seatpost insertion is 100mm into the frame regardless of what it says is the minimum insertion on your seatpost.

Components: Bicycle components [such as gear and braking systems] are not covered by this warranty; standard manufacturer warranties apply.

InSearchOf frame when using Suspension Fork: The InSearchOf geometry and tubing is designed and tested to accomodate a suspension fork. The custom down tube allows plenty of clearance for the crown. Crown height is 483mm, equal to a typical 100mm travel XC fork with 20% sag. Please check your chosen suspension fork tech data before fitting to ensure that the travel is no more than this stated dimension. It is also advisable check 'crown clearance' to underside of down tube when the fork is turned at 90°. Using forks outside these dimensions will void warranty and could result in frame failure.

Condenser Rack:
