At MASON Cycles, it takes a special group of people to create progressive bicycles for remarkable adventures. We’re looking for a new member of the team, to play a vital role in assembling and dispatching our bicycles around the world.

We're looking for a mechanic – in a position that will also bring together several other important roles and duties.

We’re a truly independent British bicycle brand, designing and engineering award-winning bikes for real-world riding. Manufactured in Italy and Scotland, our handbuilt framesets arrive in Sussex to be checked and prepared. Some are delivered straight to customers, while others are carefully built to riders’ custom specification before being carefully boxed and dispatched.

We need a skilled mechanic who demonstrates true attention to detail. Each MASON model is designed with craft and precision foremost in mind, and our new mechanic will play a vital role in ensuring these very high standards are maintained throughout every stage of our process.

We are based in a working farm within the South Downs National Park, near Lancing in West Sussex.
