Mason Impressions #1
We really hate to hear of the saddening tales when a new MASON owner is involved in an accident; one of our customers had an altercation with a dog on an icy cycle path which resulted in a FUBAR'd Definition frame. After insurance details were OK'd, we swapped the frameset with a warranty replacement and had it sent out within a week.
No matter how hectic things get at MASON, customer service is, and will always be, our #1 priority.
