Size matters

For the perfect ride, you need the perfect fit. MASON drop-bar bikes offer eight sizes, while flat-bar models come in a choice of four. With a size range from 48cm to 62cm, even particularly short or tall riders will find careful design that prioritises their specific needs. Test ride multiple sizes, to compare ride feel and comfort. Bring us your bike fitting data and we’ll work with you to fine-tune the details that matter – to ensure your comfort for the longest adventures.

Ride our lanes and trails

In the heart of the South Downs, the MASON Barn is situated in the Adur valley, with gravel trails running beside quiet tarmac lanes – where the South Downs Way crosses the Downs Link long-distance route. This is your playground for a meaningful test ride that really helps you with your important choice. Our recommended multi-surface test loop can be downloaded for your own GPS unit, or borrow ours. Maps are available too.

Easy to reach

Near Brighton on the Sussex coast, the MASON Barn is around 1.5 hours south of London by train or car. London Gatwick airport isn’t far, and Newhaven ferry port is close.

Take your time – Stay overnight

Some things are too good to rush. Make a break of it. Stay in comfort here on the farm or combine your Barn-based test ride with a visit to lively Brighton. (Please confirm your test ride booking with us before you book any accommodation)
