YOUR ASPECT INTEGRALE SHIMANO

The latest evolution of our unique MASON Aspect, tailored for the clean lines of fully integrated routing

The titanium MASON Aspect is our ultimate FastFar bicycle for multi-surface road riding. It’s a truly compelling bike that has become loved by those who want to travel smooth and fast over variable road surfaces – on a bike made to last a lifetime.

Originally conceived to be the titanium cousin of our steel Resolution, the handmade Aspect has continued to evolve into something unique. This brand new version blends a raft of improvements with fully integrated routing to achieve the sleekest lines. Our new Aspect2 offers the option of conventional internal routing.

NEW – Aspect Integrale

  • Fully integrated routing
  • Optimised for electronic shifting
  • Faster, sportier road geometry
  • MASON x Deda AR carbon fork

The ultimate sleek, fast titanium, multi-surface road bike

We developed an entirely new titanium tubeset for the Aspect in collaboration with Dedacciai in Italy, achieving the ultimate blend of performance, comfort, and light weight. With Italian craftsmanship and exceptional finish quality, the small-batch Aspect is truly a special creation.

The fork plays a crucial role in the performance of the frameset and finished machine. We took a completely new approach for the Aspect Integrale – working with Deda Elementi, who created the MASON x Deda AR fork with geometry and routing tailored specifically for this new variant of the Aspect.

Each Aspect is welded to order. Your bike is tailored with the custom details and individualised options that will make it truly yours:

  • Multiple routing options to suit mechanical, electronic or fully wireless groupsets
  • Choice of bottle and accessory eyelets
  • Dedicated dynamo cable routing option

Our Shimano-equipped Aspect Integrale offers a choice of Dura-Ace Di2, Ultegra Di2 or 105 Di2 groupsets.

A DECADE OF DETAILS

With 10 years of perfecting & optimising every detail in our MASON range, along with over 25 years of metal frame design experience, we feel confident that all the features you'll ever need, along with some that you hadn't thought of, are lovingly and meticulously included in your frameset and finished bicycle.

We actively support some of the most experienced adventure and endurance riders, listen to our customers and work closely with experienced and passionate frame makers. Because of this rich mix, we are able to offer what we believe to be the most carefully designed, obsessively detailed and lovingly made framesets and bicycles in the world.

Aspect Integrale

Working with Deda Elementi in Italy, we have helped develop a carbon fork that has the balance of performance and practicality to make it ‘MASON worthy’. We work very closely with them for our custom tubing design, so it felt perfectly natural to combine our design knowledge when it came to the new fork. The co-design means it is a perfect match for our updated Aspect2, with clearance for 36mm tyres and full mudguard, including eyelets for stays and internal routing for brake hose and dynamo wire. The made to order Aspect2 Integrale has a lower crown height and is built with the Deda Elementi ‘DCR’ Integrated routing system, to create a supremely sporty, sleek and modern machine.

Hose & cable internal routing ports

Standard Routing with Dynamo: Suitable for any groupset, mechanical or electronic. Includes two reinforced ports for a rear dynamo cable through the top tube. Unused Multiports can be filled with blanks (e.g., Shimano Di2 or SRAM AXS groupsets).

Shimano Di2 Dedicated Routing: Accommodates a rear brake cable and additional ports for Di2 cables via chainstay and seat tube. Recommended for electronic routing, supporting Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS, or Campagnolo EPS. Optional dynamo routing via the top tube.

SRAM AXS Dedicated Routing: Suitable for SRAM AXS wireless groupsets only. Features ports for a brake hose, with no additional Multiports. Optional dynamo routing via the top tube.

Brake Setup

Specify your brake cable setup: This affects the MultiPort location for the rear brake hose. The Multiport can be located on either side of the down tube and depends on European/US or UK brake setup.

Eyelets

Rack eyelets: Rack eyelets are not a standard option and will need to be selected. Most Mason riders use systems like Tailfin, which don't require frame-mounted eyelets resulting in a cleaner overall finish.

Bottle and accessory eyelets: The Aspect has one set of bottle eyelets on the down tube and one set on the seat tube. There is an option to omit any of these eyelets.

Fender eyelets: Fender eyelets will be included as standard, but you can specify your frame without. These discreet eyelets are located at the seatstay bridge and inside the seatstays. If you have no plans to use a mudguard/fender these can be omitted. Mudguard/fender mounts on our forks are always included as standard.

Head Tube length

You can choose a shorter head tube to give your bike a racier position, on all sizes except on the 48cm frame. The length of the shorter tube will be the same as that for the next size down. For example, a 56cm frame has a standard heat tube of 185mm, which can be shortened to use the 170mm tube from the 54cm frame. Consider this change very carefully, consulting with a professional bike fitter if you need to ensure the correct fit.

There is no option to extend the HT on the Integrale frame model.

MASON MAKERS

BUILT WITH CARE AND ABSOLUTE ATTENTION TO DETAIL

We’re proud to collaborate with independent, bespoke frame makers who are at the pinnacle of their craft. This is something we care about a lot and we feel honoured to be working with small makers in Italy for most of our models, some who have been dedicated to the art of metal frame production for nearly 75 years.
